And Landon Makes FOUR!

New life.  A beautiful gift.  The family entrusted with such a gift?  Blessed. 

And I know this family could not be more grateful for this gift.  

Precious Landon was worth the heartache, worth the tears, and worth the wait.  

Intricately knit together for such a time as this.  

When we don't understand, God ALWAYS has a PERFECT plan.  

And this sweet boy is PERFECT in every way.

Lacey + Laura + Ava +Pierce

My gorgeous niece, Lacey, asked if I could take some pictures of her for her 8th grade year.  I happily agreed and this turned into a fun session with her, her best friend and I threw Ava and Pierce in the mix too.  I felt like I killed 3 birds with one stone that day.  Yeah baby.  That's how I like to roll.  Ha.  If only I could feel so productive the other 6 days of the week.  ;op  

Lacey - you are beautiful and I am so thankful God chose this family to place you in.  I love your heart, your compassion, even your blonde moments....they keep us laughing.  A LOT.  ;op  I pray you always see the good in yourself and others.  Pursue the heart of God and chase His plans for your life no matter what.  We love you!  

Laura - You are sweet and I am so thankful that you are Lacey's best friend.  It's a joy to know you and to know that my niece has such a sweet friend in you.  I hope you enjoy your pictures!  :o)

Richerzhagen Family

This photo session happened.  Then I died. 

Seriously, their outfits, these 2 locations and the lighting all joined forces to create some stunning images that literally took my breath away.  I don't think I could love this session any more.  

I met Jolie, Emma and Ella a couple of years ago when I was able to work in a Fall shoot for them in the midst of a very busy and packed schedule.  It was the beginning of a sweet friendship that I have enjoyed ever since.  I adore her girls and Ava does, too.  

I love when clients become friends and I'm so thankful I said yes to that first photo session.

Clemmons Family

I met this incredible couple when my husband and I attended our first small group through Church of the Highlands in the Spring of 2009.  They were co-leading the LIFE (Living In Freedom Everyday) curriculum with another great couple that lived near us.  We had no idea the journey that was about to begin for us and our family.  This couple played such a vital role in the healing and restoration process that Jordan and I, desperately, needed in that season of our lives.  

We are so blessed to know them and they will forever hold a very special place in our hearts.  I've had the privilege of shooting their family portraits every year since then and I couldn't enjoy watching their kids grow more.  Such a beautiful family inside and out.

Scott and Amy, thank you for continually blessing our lives by just loving us.  Thank you for the sacrifices you made to co-lead LIFE that fateful Spring.  It impacted us more than you can imagine and I pray you reap the blessings of it for a lifetime!

Guinn Family

I love, love, love this family!!  It's been such a joy to watch their family grow from two precious girls to three and then to watch each of those girls grow.  That's why I love what I get to do!  I always have so much fun with this family and adore the images I capture of the love they have for each other.  It makes my heart so full. 

This session rounded out Collins' baby plan and its so hard to believe she's already 1 year old.  She was a little surprise but I love that God had a very special plan and we are all so thankful that she has graced this world with her beautiful smile and sweet presence.  Collins, you are so very loved!!
